Conny van Rijn combines photography and art in different ways; by tactile additions to the work, edited through lining and abstract drawing, and by exploring a range of different materials. Conny operates her camera as a pencil in movement; extended shutter speed and body movement creates photos with a painting experience. The Japanese principles of care are at the core but invites to look at what’s underneath.
